FINDING YOUR VOICE.. as a WRITER!

A question to ask if you don’t think you’re very interesting.

Probably the most common question I get asked about the work I do, helping authors and aspiring authors turn their stories into books, goes like this: do you ever work with an author who doesn’t have a very interesting story?

Branded Author

You know what these people are really asking is this:

Would my story be interesting enough to turn into a book?

What I find striking about this is that “is my story interesting?” is a fairly universal concern. But do you know what else is universal? Interesting stories.

I literally have never met a person without an interesting story.

It’s just about choosing to share the right details.

So if you’re worried you don’t have an interesting story, I have a question you can ask yourself that will change everything. The question goes like this: what have you experienced that has changed you?

When you answer that question for yourself, you’ll find your interesting story.

What I’ve learned about this over the years is that there isn’t such a thing as a person without an interesting story. What there are are people who think they aren’t interesting because they don’t know the right details to see and share about themselves.

This is why I’m so passionate about getting you (especially if you don’t classify yourself as a writer) to WRITE YOUR STORY because I know when you do it, you’ll see what I see — and what everyone else around you does too.

You are more than interesting. You are fascinating.

You are powerful.

You are resilient.

Look at what you’ve been through. Look at what you’ve overcome. Look at how it’s changed you.

If you’re interested in learning more about how to write your story and how it can unlock your most powerful, interesting, confident self, join me In the Guide Author Program. I’ll teach you how to write your story in such a way that you’ll never forget how interesting you are.
