Kips ability to motivate and inspire comes not only from him overcoming the challenges of being born fingerless, with severely deformed arms and hands but from his commitment to push past the perceived limits and achieve success as an Olympic Downhill skier, Attorney, and Business Owner.
Kip is a two-time Silver Medalist at the Paralympics and World Disabled Ski Championships and a four-time National Disabled Ski Champion.
Kip has also litigated for one of the largest law firms in the country, served as Labor Counsel and Director of Alternative Dispute Resolution for a Fortune 20 company. Was the lead Plaintiff’s Counsel on multiple class action law suites, where Kip represented over 56 million disabled Americans against Fortune 500 companies to change discriminatory practices.
As a lawyer, Kip received numerous awards for his advocacy, drafted legislation for Senator James Jeffords for introduction into the US Senate, and created the Florida ADA Notice Program ensuring that every Florida business received notice of their obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act
